The Christmas is close . A gay couple and the intention to offer the ring to his partner from one of guys. The visit of parents, the pressure for coming out and the help of an old toy.
And, sure, after dialogues reminding the connection of college young man with his childhood ( with some spicy...detail ), the moment of truth who is not exactly so dramatic.
A simple story, seductive for slices of familiar situation , for humor and atmosphere and for few so kitsch scenes than difficult can be imaginated alternatives.
But sweet remains the fair term to define it.
