Frank moved in with Liz and they both decide to quit their bad habits, but it doesn't go too well. As Pete says, they all need their stress release.And Jenna's mom is in town, Jenna thinks that she has changed for the better, but turns out she just tries to convince Jack to make a reality show with them.

I really liked the Frank and Liz story. It had so many funny moments! There was of course the video, but I also loved the moment when Pete stuffs food into Liz, he is too funny.

The story about Jenna's mom was good too. Jan Hook's performance was great! And Jack helping Jenna was again a very sweet thing to do.

Legendary SNL alum Jan Hooks appears as Jenna's estranged Mom. It's hard to believe Jan died in 2014. I also love Liz's reference to a famous episode of Diff'rent Strokes, "Where there's smoke" about smoking addiction.

I also love the send-up of Paranormal Activity.

It's easy to forget that 30 Rock and Aaron Sorkin's Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip debuted on NBC at the same time. Conventional wisdom was that Sorkin's powerhouse series be the one that would survive the first season, with 30 Rock being a one season wonder. But history has proved otherwise.
