Remarkably well-crafted short film with beautiful cinematography and solid acting across the board. The touching story concerns a young kid looking for his dad and finding him in a startling and moving way. We saw it at a festival in Palm Springs and there were a lot of tears and sniffling in the audience.

The writing is sharp, funny and perceptive and feels very professional - it's not easy to write that concisely and efficiently, it takes a pro. The clean, uncluttered direction gets the job done with no fuss and wastes no time. Editing is very crisp. In short, this short film looks and sounds like a Hollywood studio film, not something made on the cheap by college kids on a lark. Hopefully the full length feature will arrive soon, as it looks like an intriguing film.

Young Petrovski, who plays the kid, is an appealing actor with a terrific look, and could be a find. The other two actors are solid and likable. Very well done.

The first source of seduction is its precise , well used simplicity. The second - the performances. It reminds the cut of a diamond. A teenager, two men, something who seems a thief gesture and the twist changing everything. Maybe not exceptional but, not doubts, a very smart short film.
