This special episode is titled The Magic of Spielberg and it takes a look at the director and the various films he had made up to this point. The critics discuss what makes him so great as a director and what he brings to films that others can't. The films discussed here include DUEL, JAWS, CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND, E.T., RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARC and its sequel. Also discsussed in the one misfire from the director, which was 1941. Overall this is a very entertaining episode as the critics discuss the various high marks for the director and Siskel also shares what Spielberg told him was his favorite scene from JAWS. This is a very good episode that fans should enjoy.
