I think your enjoyment of this show will come down to whether you find Minnie Driver's character insufferable or not.
I know annoying sitcom mums are nothing new, but Driver's character here really does take the biscuit at times.
I liked all three stories being told here, I thought as with all of Scott Silveri's shows this episode had a lot of charm, and it will be interesting to see how this programme develops episode on episode.
I liked that they are starting to give the character of J. J a bit more personality too, rather than him just reacting to what the other characters say around him.
