Game of Thrones: The Bells
(2019)
Episode 5, Season 8

Best episode yet!
I looooved it! Finally in sone series they went out of cliches and did the right thing!

We are watching danny's life since episode one, and
  • she has been disgraced and sold by her brother
  • has been raped and sold
  • her husband died because some witch betrayed her
  • her friends betrayed her and sent assasins
  • husband died
  • she was with nothing and trapped by her people
  • that rich guy tried to betray her in mereen
  • bald wizard took her dragon
  • she was also betrayed many times by various characters and people of cities like last harpies
  • only in last season she lost 2 of her children (dragons) and best friend missandei died right in front of her. Love of her life just quit without reason where she almost gave her life and half of her armies for him. Her advisors betrayed her. She lost the claim for throne. Even tyrion betrayed her releasing his brother.. jorah died in her arms and her blood my my blood guys died in battle. Cercei betrayed her not sending promised help. And sansa betrayed her..

And you still wonder why she burnt the city? I would do the same.. who would trust cercei's surrender? Who would take the risk for new traps and new wildfire tricks?

She did the right thing, after all, she has been betrayed more than any other kings lived alltogether.

I would be very very heartbroken if she would show mercy, deny the will of missandei, and came into redkeep with a smile.

Finally emotions has victory over "parental advisor" checked scenarios!

Thanks for great great episode!

Reminds you about lost virtues
Lovely scenario, very good acting.. reminds you about being human..

The Protector
(2018)

Good idea - bad acting - worse scenario
Other than seeing nice istanbul views, plot and acting skills do not offer much..

Supposed to be mystical and started that way then turned into a regular Turkish series..

Still, first attempt of Turkish cinema on this genre, thats why i gave a six..

I expected much more, let's see the rest of the seasons..

Behzat Ç.: Bir Ankara Polisiyesi
(2010)

Best show made for TV - most clever and intense scenario
Best because it is daily life.. it is sincere.. they are not acting, it is like a window to someone's real life.. so intense, so sincere, so real.. You can find friendship, sacrifice, pain, empathy, understanding, passion, intelligence unlike modern series.. I wish I was one of them.

you must know that series can be found in youtube, and if you are a real fan of these guys and their dialouges, you should also check cep dizi series..

movies are also nice, completing the missing parts in TV episodes..

as my last words, I could say that, I cried and laughed with the series for the last 6 years... I keep restarting from the first episode and everytime I watch one more time, I see what I have missed in the previous time I watched. .

definitely helpful for your psyhcology.. especially if you are emotional..

remember to buy beer or raki before you start, believe me you will need that!

Dag II
(2016)

Emotional waterfall
Unlike hollywood, this movie is made of a real situation, without making people heroic, invincible or godlike, this movie explains about what's happening with turkmen people as simple as it is.

A very good example of brotherhood, love and righteousness. Young generations has to watch and learn. Turkish cinema is new to war movies, so of course there are some continuity issues, bad effects and low quality fight scenes, but unlike foreign movies, I prefer real feelings and emotions rather than effects. And this is what you will find in this movie..

thanks to all those who spent effort to make this movie happen!

best regards
