Cosmic Sin - Yes it is a sin. This movie is horrible, in all imaginable ways. The duo Edward Drake and Corey Large seems to have some deal with Bruce Willis and i guess its plain and simple. "Bruce, i get to direct the movie, Corey gets a part in it and you get 90% of the budget as pension money. Sounds good?"
The movie is supposed to take place 500 years into the future. But nothing feels futuristic. Actually the feeling is rather that civilization taken steps back, and some generals and ex generals takes some decisions of erradicating a alien civilization without running it past the government. The future technology has no thought behind it, and seems just play a part in giving the author to this movie loop holes to build their story around.
Why Bruce Willis takes part in this crap is beyond me. Once he was a somewhat regarded actor, but perhaps the deal i described above is too good to turn down.
Nothing makes sense, not the scenery, not the acting, not the plot or the fact that aliens apparently prefeer to use spears and swords when attacking hoomans with automatic weaponry. Drake, Large and Willis has more projects going on, and my only lingering question is who the fxxx finance this crap? Does Drake or Large have rich family? I cant think Bruce finance any of it. And im not suggesting it has a big budget, but still some money have to gone into it and that is baffling.
Dont waste your time on this one. The only reason to watch it is to see how utterly worthless it is as a movie.
The only sin here is that the movie was made to begin with.
