They/Them
(2022)

Fun Rep, Bacon and Ass
Was it Oscar winning? No. Did it have cringe gay conversions stuff? Yes but it was clear that was the horror part. This movie showed that it can be horrorifying for LGBT+ people to even exist in this world. Lighten up and see if u can predict who's gonna die next and who's gonna need the most therapy about their therapy.

Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga
(2019)

Heals my gay soul
No crazy Bollywood production just a lot of soul and truth. I cried during the ending to see so the hurt most queer people live through and the dream ending of unconditional love.

The Horrors of The Unknown Past
What questions burn unsaid in a family's past? Will the flames grow until all is ablaze? This film explores why people act the way they do, how searching for the truth can lead to answers that are impossible to accept and how we might all be doomed to end up like our parents. In the Sundance theater I know we were all stunned in horror for the last 15 minutes! There is a difference between boring storytelling vs foreshadowing and slow suspense building. Action and substance with a phenomenal women cast!

His House

Refugees, ghosts of the past, finding how to survive in a new situation! A story for everyone
The love between the main characters are tangible and is stretched to the breaking point as they try to acclimate to a hard new situation. Will they learn to live with the ghosts of their past or destroy themselves and everything they've fought for? A must-see! Saw it at Sundance and am waiting in anticipation to see it again and again

Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn

Fun! Fabulous! U mad?
A kick ass movie with fun fight scenes. If u like Deadpool and women you'll love this movie!

Terminator: Dark Fate
(2019)

A great beginning to a new Terminator chapter!
Sarah Conner is back and kicks as a new target gets acquired by a terrifying terminator from a new future. These girls fight fate as they bond over their bloody pasts that are all fractured mirrors of different times. 10/10!

Avengers: Endgame

Disappointment with a side of did u even try?
Literally the whole first hour of the movie doesn't matter. We just spend the first part of the movie sulking around. Like, I get it already. I spent the whole last year accepting what happened in IW. I don't need to do it for an hour of a 3 and half hour movie. The rest of the time the Russo's can't handle out of all the complex emotions in this movie (Thor's funny depression), sharp pain from loss of loved ones boiled down to vague sadness, let's give Cap a happy ending to the expense of his character and common sense. They couldn't be bothered to give anyone a complete story arc so they just tried killing off/shooing away characters they didn't know what to do with (hey where's captain marvel, Valkyrie, shuri). While conveniently changing other character's complete behavior to fit the story (here's looking at you, hawkeye and hulk). The Russo's couldn't decide what to do so they just replayed marvel biggest hits with the biggest BS time traveling Deus ex machina and pieced it together with the roughest edits I've seen since Arrested Development season five. Maybe keeping the script from every actor up until the last minute isn't the best idea. But hey, the movie made a lot of money. So why should the story matter?
