Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart Are in a Love Triangle...With Miss Piggy
Frank Oz at an event for The Score (2001)
The new season of Riverdale hasn't even started yet, but the show's stars Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart are already deep in drama—this time with a famous pig. It all started on Sept. 26 when the Betty Cooper character tweeted the following: "9/26/2017, 9 pm: Dear diary, I'm still thinking about how Miss Piggy walks all over Kermit. And he lets her!" she wrote. "It's so messed up, diary." Of course, she was referencing the legendary Kermit the Frog. Miss Piggy fired back with a tweet of her own and asked Reinhart for Sprouse's number. ".@lilireinhart Tell your diary that moi has moved on from walking over the frog. I'm looking for...

79 Movies to See Before You Die, According to the Dardenne Brothers
Roberto Rossellini
Any list of the greatest foreign directors currently working today has to include Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne. The directors first rose to prominence in the mid 1990s with efforts like “The Promise” and “Rosetta,” and they’ve continued to excel in the 21st century with titles such as “The Kid With A Bike” and “Two Days One Night,” which earned Marion Cotillard a Best Actress Oscar nomination.

The directors will be back in U.S. theaters with the release of “The Unknown Girl” on September 8, which is a long time coming considering the film first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016. While you continue to wait for their new movie, the brothers have provided their definitive list of 79 movies from the 20th century that you must see. Steve Bannon Screams at Jared Kushner ‘I Hate Your Stupid Face!’ in Stephen Colbert Spoof (Video)
Dear Diary (1996)
Donald Trump’s chief strategist Steve Bannon is feeling rejected and has no one to tell his trouble to other than his Dear Diary… according to Stephen Colbert, that is. “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” took aim at Bannon Friday night, showing the former Brietbart News CEO locked away in his room in the White House, scribbling in his diary with pink quill and surrounded by stuffed animals and Trump posters. As the mournful “All By Myself” plays in the background, “Bannon” writes: Also Read: Here's Why Stephen Colbert Thinks Bill O'Reilly Might Murder Him (Video) “Dear Diary, nobody likes me here.

The Vampire Diaries: 16 Best/Worst Romances in Show History
Dear Diary...

The Vampire Diaries has featured quite a few romances throughout its eight-year run on The CW, but some were way better than others.

Which were the Best? The Worst? Check out our ranking below...

1. Damon and Elena Who would have thought back when the series premiered that Elena would wind up with Damon? The pilot definitely set it all up to be a Stefan and Elena endgame. It's crazy how things change. With Elena waking up in the series finale, we're sure these two will get their happy ending, but will Damon become a human? 2. Klaus and Caroline Remember that time Klaus and Caroline got hot and heavy outside? Yes, we all do and for good reason: They are great together. Sure, their relationship is very, very underdeveloped, but I'm open to it being explored when Stefan dies. Stefan will not be Caroline's last love. 3. Stefan and Caroline At first,...

30 Times The Vampire Diaries Made Us Laugh, Cry and Cringe
Dear Diary.

Those of us who hadn't read the books couldn't fully comprehend the importance of Elena Gilbert's opening words on The Vampire Diaries Season 1.

Nor did we understand just how much we'd come to love the witty banter, thought provoking monologues, and snappy one-liners we would encounter over the course of eight seasons.

Now that The Vampire Diaries Season 8 is in the final stretch, we thought it was time to take a walk down memory lane to relive some of the best quotes* from The Vampire Diaries. Because there are so many awesome quotes from the show's run, we're breaking this down into two installments.

Up first, The Vampire Diaries Seaons 1 through 3. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

*Editor's note: I chose these quotes myself. So they're my best quotes. Feel free to add yours in the comments!

Win Passes To The Advance Screening Of Collateral Beauty In St. Louis
When a successful New York advertising executive suffers a great tragedy he retreats from life. While his concerned friends try desperately to reconnect with him, he seeks answers from the universe by writing letters to Love, Time and Death.

But it’s not until his notes bring unexpected personal responses that he begins to understand how these constants interlock in a life fully lived, and how even the deepest loss can reveal moments of meaning and beauty.

From Oscar-winning director David Frankel, the thought-provoking drama Collateral Beauty features an all-star cast, including Will Smith (“Suicide Squad,” “Concussion”), Edward Norton (“Birdman or [The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance]”), Keira Knightley (“The Imitation Game”), Michael Peña (“The Martian”), Naomie Harris (“Spectre”), Jacob Latimore (“The Maze Runner”), with Oscar winners Kate Winslet (“The Reader,” “Steve Jobs”) and Helen Mirren (“The Queen,” “Trumbo”).

Frankel (“Marley & Me,” “The Devil Wears Prada,” “Dear Diary”) directs from a screenplay written by Allan Loeb (“Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps,...

New to Streaming: ‘Don’t Think Twice,’ ‘Green Room,’ ‘Burn After Reading,’ and More
With a seemingly endless amount of streaming options — not only the titles at our disposal, but services themselves — we’ve taken it upon ourselves to highlight the titles that have recently hit platforms. Every week, one will be able to see the cream of the crop (or perhaps some simply interesting picks) of streaming titles (new and old) across platforms such as Netflix, iTunes, Amazon, and more (note: U.S. only). Check out our rundown for this week’s selections below.

Amour Fou (Jessica Hausner)

An ecstatically original work of film-history-philosophy with a digital-cinema palette of acutely crafted compositions. Amour Fou seamlessly blends together the paintings of Vermeer, the acting of Bresson, and the psychological undercurrents of a Dostoevsky novel. It is an intensely thrilling and often slyly comic work that manages to combine a passionately dispassionate love story of the highest order with a larger socio-historical examination of a new era of freedom,...

Fall 2016’s Most Anticipated Films
So many goodies in the cinemas candy store this upcoming Awards Season! Oh,boy, oh boy.

It’s “Good Movie Season” when we get Hollywood heavy-hitters (both top popcorn entertainment and Oscar wannabees), and the best of the film festival circuit, most recently from Toronto. Many films will have an awards qualifying run in 2016 and open officially in 2017.

While we have not seen some of these (although we have seen some trailers), some movies are sure to disappoint. That said, here is Wamg’s list of highly-anticipated films, both big blockbuster entertainment and seriously meaty cinema.

Joe Biden Found Two Quarters on the Sidewalk and Twitter Is Loving It
Joe Biden
Vice President Joe Biden knows any dent in the national debt is something to be excited about.

During a visit to Burlington, Vermont, on Friday to participate in a discussion about cancer research, Biden took President Barack Obama‘s 2008 slogan, “Change We Need,” to a new level when he knelt down to pick up two quarters on the sidewalk outside a local restaurant.

And he could not have been more excited about it.

Perhaps the only ones more excited about the find were witty Twitter users who were quick to relate to Biden’s joy about the loose change.

The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1 Review: Hello Brother
Members of The Vampire Diaries cast foreshadowed a darker final season, and The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1 has definitely begun to deliver on that promise.

From the set lighting to the storyline to the despair Stefan Salvatore's facing about his brother's descent into madness, "Hello, Brother" just felt heavy. And that's not a bad thing.

View Slideshow: The Vampire Diaries Photos from "Hello Brother"

Julie Plec has teased that Elena Gilbert will factor heavily into this season's narrative, and tonight's premiere definitely sets that tone.

Bonnie, Stefan, and Caroline are all taking turns writing diary entries to Elena, which is a callback to The Vampire Diaries Season 1's "Dear Diary" episode opener. Scenes from previous episodes with Nina Dobrev in them also featured prominently tonight, most notably Damon's first meeting with Elena, a scene we've only witnessed once.

That scene matters because Damon is on the verge of flipping his humanity switch,...

Love, Time And Death Are Woven Through First Poster For Collateral Beauty
When asked to adequately sum up Collateral Beauty in a single sentence, director David Frankel (Dear Diary, The Devil Wears Prada) referred to his starry Oscar contender as a “screwball drama.” Upon viewing last month’s poignant first teaser, it’s not too difficult to see why. Two months out from release and we now have the first theatrical poster to pour over, teasing the ways in which we are all connected.

So, what’s the pitch? Well, Frankel’s picture places Will Smith in the shoes of Howard Inlet, a high-flying New York advertising executive circling the jaws of depression following the sudden death of his young daughter. Crushed, Howard comes dangerously close to losing the will to live, retreating into grief as his home and work life spiral out of control. His co-workers Claire (Kate Winslet), Simon (Michael Pena) and Whit (Edward Norton) quickly draft up a plan...

Will Smith Tackles Life’s Big Questions In First Teaser For Oscar-Tipped Drama Collateral Beauty
If there’s one positive takeaway from last month’s Suicide Squad it’s that, even with a questionable, wholly messy script underpinning the on-screen action, David Ayer’s anti-hero feature was a pointed reminder of Will Smith’s charismatic screen presence.

Sure, script tinkering ultimately resulted in Smith enjoying a greater role as Deadshot – at the cost of Scott Eastwood and the like – but there’s no denying that his quip-happy sharpshooter was one of the few highlights. Imagine our excitement, then, now that Will Smith is poised to muscle his way into this year’s Oscar race with the release of Collateral Beauty.

Hailing from director David Frankel (Dear Diary, The Devil Wears Prada), Collateral Beauty is a character-driven drama that finds Smith’s New York marketing executive Howard Inlet circling the jaws of full-blown depression. Leaning on writing letters as a therapeutic crutch, Howard longs to answer life’s big questions and,...

First Collateral Beauty Set Photos See Edward Norton And Keira Knightley Hit The Big Apple
See Full Gallery Here

Production is officially underway on the New York set of David Frankel’s (Dear Diary, The Devil Wears Prada) character drama, Collateral Beauty.

Of the star-studded cast that New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. have assembled, today’s first set photos feature both Edward Norton and Keira Knightley on the streets of the Big Apple, who in all likelihood are among the ensemble as work partners to Will Smith’s troubled marketing executive.

Coming face-to-face with a personal crisis, the core pitch of Collateral Beauty places Smith as the anchor of Frankel’s drama, and it’s this personal crisis that inspires his work colleagues to devise a scheme that will help ward off any lingering depression. But a bulletproof plan this is not, and while fending off his inner demons, Smith’s haunted exec crosses paths with the personifications of Love, Time and Death.

With Will Smith,...

Full Collateral Beauty Cast Unveiled As Production Gets Underway
After losing high-profile stars in the vein of Rooney Mara and Hugh Jackman, not to mention accommodating for Will Smith’s stint on Suicide Squad, production is now finally underway on the set of David Frankel’s character drama, Collateral Beauty.

Eyeing an awards-friendly release in mid-December, Warner Bros. and New Line also debuted the full and star-studded casting docket to mark the start of filming. Mia Madre review – lights, camera… trauma
A film-maker has to cope with her dying mother and a pompous American star in this tragicomic triumph by Nanni Moretti

Italian tragicomic auteur Nanni Moretti approached the subject of his own mortality in 1993’s international breakthrough feature Caro diario (Dear Diary), which documented, among other things, his all too real encounter with cancer. In his most celebrated feature, the 2001 Palme d’Or winner La stanza del figlio (The Son’s Room), he dealt superbly with parental bereavement and mourning. Now, in Mia Madre, he focuses on the impending loss of a mother, drawing heavily upon personal experience (Moretti’s own mother Agata died while he was completing 2011’s Habemus Papam/We Have a Pope), but also keeping enough distance from his subject to achieve a sense of universality. The beautifully observed and delicately balanced result is a sublimely modulated blend of laughter and tears, a film that cuts to...

Dance Moms Star Maddie Ziegler Shows Off Her Moves in a Coming of Age Video We're Sure You Can Relate To—Watch Now!
Maddie Ziegler at an event for Fitting In (2023)
Maddie Ziegler is giving us all a little something to relate to with her latest project. The Dance Moms star-turned-Sia muse is about to turn 13-years-old—yeah, she's currently only 12—on Sept. 30, and in order to ring in her teenage years, she's starring in a short film for i-d magazine titled "Lucky Thirteen" that's dedicated to the coming of age. The video, which is directed by Bunny Kinney, is "an ode to being a 13-year-old girl, entering your teens and being yourself no matter what," according to Ravi Amartunga, i-d's global director of video. Chloë Sevigny narrates the video, reading passages from Dear Diary by Leslie Arfin. "In a parallel...

Nanni Moretti: 'I always feel there's something missing'
Nanni Moretti’s mother was dying during the making of his last film. Now the Italian director has turned that experience into Mia Madre. But why did he cast a woman as himself?

Trim of beard, raspy of voice, puckish of demeanour, Nanni Moretti has hardly changed since he pottered about on his Vespa in Dear Diary, the 1993 art-cinema hit. There’s perhaps a dusting of grey in his face-fuzz these days – but it’s a long, long way from the big-hair-and-tache look of his early comedies in the 1970s. Rather improbably, Moretti is today seen as the elder statesman of Italian film: the heir to the new-wave heroes who revolutionised European and world cinema in the 1950s and 60s. The actor, writer and director’s simply shot, occasionally whimsical and often wry films are perhaps less resolutely cinematic than the likes of Fellini, Antonioni or Bertolucci, but his record of seven Cannes competition selections,...

2015 Cannes Critics’ Panel Day 4: Margherita with All the Toppings for Moretti’s “Mia Madre”
A two time juror, winner of Best Director for Dear Diary (1993) and Palme d’Or winner for The Son’s Room in 2001, this is Nanni Moretti’s tenth trip to the festival as a filmmaker. Averaging about two to three films per decade, Mia Madre (My Mother) appears to be both comfort food, and food for thought. Signed by Moretti, Francesco Piccolo and Valia Santella, this takes the vantage point of a female protagonist with a strong affinity to its creator as there are autobiographical elements here. A third collaboration between Moretti and with Margherita Buy, it may also be their best work to date and it my also pan for one of the available prizes.

Saturday Night Live (1975)
Recap: 'Saturday Night Live' – James Franco and Nicki Minaj
Saturday Night Live (1975)
Although he appeared in last season’s best sketch (“Monster Pals”), James Franco hasn’t actually hosted “Saturday Night Live” in almost exactly five years. With “The Interview” just around the corner, don’t be surprised to see Seth Rogen show up tonight. (I’d be more surprised, but also more delighted, if co-star Lizzy Caplan shows up for a “Masters Of Sex” parody as well.) Franco has been up for anything in his previous “SNL” appearances, and just released a fantastic “SNL” documentary now available on Hulu Plus, so he’s a good host to kick off this final leg of the Fall 2014 season. As always, I’ll be liveblogging each segment. This week, I’m giving everything a “B” just to appease those that quibble with the individual grades I assign. Oh wait, that probably wouldn’t be any better. Grades are imperfect, in-the-moment reactions and nothing more.

Judd Apatow Returns To TV Via Netflix With Gillian Jacobs & Paul Rust For ‘Love’
Judd Apatow constantly has several irons in the fire, working with actors, writers, comedians and protégés on all kinds of projects. His latest is a return to TV. Netflix has ordered two seasons of “Love,” which stars writer/actor Paul Rust from “I Love You, Beth Cooper” (he also had a tiny cameo in “Inglorious Basterds”) and Gillian Jacobs (“Community”). It’ll be 10 episodes for season one and 12 for season two, and the show centers on a couple who must navigate the exhilarations and humiliations of intimacy, commitment and other things they were hoping to avoid. The half-hour comedy series is produced by Apatow Productions and Legendary Television, and created and written by Apatow, Rust and writer Leslie Arfin (a former Vice employee who wrote about her heroin addiction and wild party days in the book “Dear Diary” and soon parlayed that into gigs writing for “Girls” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine...

Exclusive Interview: ‘Digit’ author Annabel Monaghan
Every kid goes through emotional and physical changes as a teenager, so when one is kidnapped by terrorists, it’s just a normal everyday occurrence. Such is the case for Digit, the main character in the book series A Girl Named Digit and Double Digit, all by author Annabel Monaghan.

Starting out as a non-fiction author with her book Click, a motivational guide for young people everywhere, Monaghan grew to write her bestselling series about Digit, a girl whose intellect leads to her dangerous position helping the FBI target cyber terrorists. With Digit’s success came Monaghan’s, as not only is there another book in the works continuing Digit’s story, but Disney Channel also bought the rights to A Girl Named Digit that will eventually be made into a television movie within the next year or so.

Monaghan, a mother of three boys, detailed her warm welcome of...

My Mad Fat Diary review: Is series two any good?
We were a bit worried about the new series of My Mad Fat Diary. It's that difficult second series syndrome - we adored the first run, so could these new episodes possibly live up to it? Would it retain its charm, its brazenness, its touching moments? We weren't entirely sure that the show could pull it off. Luckily, we were utterly wrong.

It turns out My Mad Fat Diary's second series opener was just as funny, just as moving, just as brave, just as honest as those episodes that we fell for last year. It's hard to truly explain the importance of a show like this, which is so utterly candid about teenage life - whether or not you're mentally ill. In a world post-90210 and Gossip Girl, it's a genuine relief to find a show which deals with genuine insecurities, fears and anxieties.

But that's not to say...

The Vampire Diaries Episode 510

“Fifty Shades of Grayson”

Written By: Caroline Dries

Directed By: Kellie Cyrus

Original Airdate: 12 December 2013

In This Episode…

Damon’s cell may be “fortified,” but after 70 years or so, there are bound to be some problems. Damon manages to get his hands on one of the bullets that Aaron dropped, then he punches the wall until a chunk of stone breaks free. He then puts the bullet in the key hole and slams it with the stone. There is a small explosion, but the door still doesn’t open. Damon has a little temper tantrum, kicking the door. Then it just swings open, slowly. Seems the big scary vampire didn’t think to “pull.”

Katherine wakes up next to Stefan and she is quietly exuberant. She finally has what she has always wanted. But then a big chunk of her hair falls out and the bubble bursts.

The X Factor Top 4 Performance Recap: Raise Your Hopeful Voice, You Have a Choice
Carlito Olivero in Bad Samaritan (2018)
Dear Diary,

I’ve been a real Negative Nancy with my recapping of The X Factor throughout Season 3, and dare I say, I’m starting to feel a little bit bad about it.

Oh, sure, I could blame my lousy attitude on the hysterical hype over Restless Road, three guys whose jeans are guaranteed to be tighter than their harmonies. Or I could point a finger at Paulina “Words: In no particular order!”* Rubio, the least effective singing-competition panelist since Paula Abdul woke up in the midst of Season 7 Top 4 performance night, looked at her producer-generated notes, and began critiquing...

Forever Fest 2013: Kicking Off a Weekend of Perfect Girlie Indulgences
Dear Diary,

This weekend I met my new BFFs - the Forever Fest audience! We laughed together, danced together and became one in our love of girlie pop culture. With pink streamers and feather boas, the Alamo Drafthouse Ritz was a welcoming sight on Friday evening, signaling that Forever Fest attendees were in for something truly, truly, truly outrageous. And Diary, Imho it was GR8.

"Cheer when something romantic happens." These were our instructions from our fabulous leaders Brandy Fons and Sarah Pitre when introducing the opening-night film, Empire Records. We were treated to a 35mm print of the 1995 movie, which meant that we saw the theatrical cut, not the longer (more verbose) director's cut. Empire Records' perfect blend of laughs and angst still holds up today, making it a perfect starter to the festival.

The Vampire Diaries Episode 504

“For Whom the Bell Tolls”

Written By: Brett Matthews & Elisabeth R. Finch

Directed By: Michael Allowitz

Original Airdate: 24 October 2013

In This Episode...

It’s Remembrance Day in Mystic Falls, the day that everyone celebrates the dead by drinking and ringing a bell. Seems appropriate since an inordinate number of the denizens die every year. The festival began several hundred years ago, when a cholera outbreak panicked the town and caused some people to be buried alive. It soon became in vogue to bury people with strings attached to bells above ground, just in case. Now it is an excuse to drink. Damon is in charge of helping Stefan get his memory back. He knows the date and where he is, but he remembers nothing about his own life - including the fact that he is a vampire. He gives him his journals to read, but he...

Kerry Washington in Scandal (2012)
Jeff Perry Teases A New Season of 'Scandal' Shocks
Kerry Washington in Scandal (2012)
Scandal's first season may have flown under the radar, but there was no avoiding season two. From social media on Thursday to all forms of social interaction on Friday, there was no escaping TV's most talked about show -- and that cacophony of compliments will only continue to get louder in season three.

With dozens of dangling storylines -- Fitz's affair, Olivia's dad, Quinn's blood-spattered face, Cyrus' heart attack -- poised for resolution, or revelation, it's safe to say no premiere is more hotly anticipated! I caught up with Jeff Perry to find out what he's excited for fans to see this season and learned of a surprising new alliance that foreshadows lots of exciting new relationship permutations coming our way!

Etonline: What was it like watching Scandal become the most talked about show last season?

Jeff Perry: Heavenly [laughs]. Watching the show find an audience brought up a lot of feelings. I wasn't...

Dear Diary, I Think My Xbox One Is Trying to Kill Me
Totally not Photoshopped

Dear Diary,

The following is an excerpt from a diary found in January of 2014. A warning to readers: possessing knowledge of future events in an unnatural manner may lead to dire consequences as the understanding of events to come changes them necessarily.

Day 1: A New Love

Dear Diary,

Today, I met someone new. Well, you know, sort of new. I hadn’t seen Xbox in a long time, and Wow, has it changed. We met online, and I’ve just been taken aback by Xbox’s new look and willingness to please me. We’ve only been on one date so far, but it’s working out Really well. I’m so excited!!

How can I even describe it? Wow. So, Xbox is just beautiful. Every inch of the HD games it sends zooming through its Hdmi cables just shoots me full of chills when my gaze meets the screen.

Freaks and Geeks Ep 1.08 ‘Girlfriends and Boyfriends’ shows just how blind infatuation can be
Freaks and Geeks Episode 8 ‘Girlfriends and Boyfriends’

Written by Judd Apatow & Paul Feig

Directed by Lesli Linka Glatter

Aired 1/17/2000 on NBC

‘Girlfriends and Boyfriends’ begins with Lindsay entering McKinley for another day of school. On her way to the patio, she passes by the other cliques you typically see in high schools dramas – jocks tossing around a football, nerds with their binders in hand, and the like. She notices them, but quickly dismisses them as she heads outside (reminding us that Freaks and Geeks is not a show that operates within cliches, allowing us to reset our expectations for the stories to follow)… that is, until she passes Generic Couple Making Out in the hallway, and becomes fixated on their grope-y embrace. If the title didn’t already give it away, that moment reveals the sole focus of the episode: sex and relationships.

Word is getting around school that Nick...

In Sunday’s season finale of The Walking Dead, it’s less the battle royal between Team Jailhouse and Team Woodbury that leaves countless casualties – including two characters we’d come to know and love (and okay, to be fair, be annoyed by) – and more the dustup’s prelude and aftermath that results in such a high body count.

Elena is relieved to see that Jeremy was wearing his ring. She takes comfort in this, even as Damon and Stefan whisper that, as one of the five hunters, Jeremy is considered a supernatural creature, and therefore the ring won’t work on him. Damon sends Stefan back home with Elena and Jeremy’s body while he sticks around on the island to find Bonnie.

Back home, Caroline is shocked to see Stefan carrying in Jeremy’s limp body. Elena instructs him to take Jeremy upstairs, where they lay him in bed and she waits by his side for him to wake. Stefan talks in hushed tones to Caroline, who is in shock. Elena appears and insists that she is not stupid; she is just clinging to hope, however slim.

Bonnie calls her dad, who has put vervain in the water and informs her that the Decades Dance has been canceled, a town curfew has been instituted, and Bonnie is expected home for a “family meeting.” In the hall, Kol attacks her. Bonnie wigs out, uses her witch expression to crush Kol’s throat - and cause a few lockers to explode, too. She runs, more frightened of her own power than the attack.

In Defense of ‘Twilight’
Ever since it became a major pop culture phenomenon, Twilight has earned a heavy dose of criticism. Critic Mark Kermode has defended the series from the cheap dismissal of older, male reviewers too far removed from the series target (though not exclusive) audience but the criticism is perhaps nowhere greater than a feminist community aghast by Bella’s blank slate personality; the idealization of abusive, controlling or manipulative men; and the infusion of certain socially conservative values. This critique is based largely on one major misreading of the story. Twilight isn’t meant to be considered an expression of an ideal.

Many have focused on the poor quality of writing in the series but reading through Twilight, the first novel, one thing stands out; it is a teenage girl’s diary. Though lacking the “Dear Diary” formatting, the novel takes place inside of Bella’s head and subsequently has this...

Connor takes Jeremy, April, and Matt hostage in Mystic Grill. The plan is that he will lure the vampires in town to the Grill to rescue the mortals, then Connor can kill them all. "Project Runway" Season 10: "Tragic Kingdom"
Heidi Ho!

Ugh.

I usually enjoy the avant-garde challenges because it give the designers a chance to go off the deep end (which admittedly for some, isn't a big leap), and there's usually one or two designs that are creative and dazzling.

Then there was last night.

Here is the synopsis for the episode: "The designers are brought to a magnificent location to spark their inspiration for their final challenge where they learn they must create avant-garde looks." So far, so good. The magnificent location is Oheka Castle in Long Island, which truly is well, magnificent. The designers breathlessly exclaim how inspired they are, and they can't wait to get started. So far, so good.

They have to create designs around the "Four Leading Ladies" of L'Oreal's new makeup line Electric Fantasie: The Enchanted Queen (black and berry), Seductive Temptress (gold and green), The Wise Mystic (violets and blues), and...

Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe #3 & #4: Comic Review
Comic: Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe #3 & 4 of 4

Written By: Cullen Bunn

Pencils By: Dalibor Talajic

Publisher: Marvel Comics

Release Date: Out Now In Stores & Digital Download (Via Comixology)

Rating:

This is it. Deadpool finishes the job of eliminating all of the Marvel characters, good and evil. We’ve seen the fall of Avengers and now it’s the X-Men’s turn as well as the Punisher and pretty much anyone else who wants to come to the party.

Issue#3 of this four issue miniseries focuses on the torture of Charles Xavier but not before his beloved children of the atom are wiped out in the usual Deadpool straight to the point approach. Someone gets their head blowed up (a tradition that seems to flow through all of these issues) and Deadpool takes on Wolverine (again! – remember Wade had killed Logan as an Avenger already).

Deadpool seems to be an unstoppable...

Case of the Ex: Lois Lane on Superman and Wonder Woman's hookup
Henry Cavill in Man of Steel (2013)
Earlier today, EW revealed that the Man of Steel and a certain Amazon princess are the Justice League’s new power couple. Though Lois Lane isn’t romantically involved with Superman in DC’s “New 52″ continuity, the news has still left Metropolis’s most famous reporter feeling curiously sad. Want proof? After distracting Lane with a fresh pint of ice cream — thanks for the idea, Jon Stewart — we managed to swipe a page from her very secret diary. The following entry has been reprinted without her permission. We think Lois would understand, though; sometimes, a writer’s gotta do what she’s gotta do.
