This episode was a total garbage and with the last ones is destroying this show which had great potential, and this is reflected in how many users are watching this crap. You may say in a review that this was a great episode, with "chaacter development" bla, bla, bla... but the reality is that this show is going down hard and at this rhythm there are few things that could save him.
This episode may be consider great by people with less brain, who may say it was great with action and "character development" and other stuff, what character development? Does anyone know what that means or did just saw in other reviews and thought "Hey this is cool, let's use it, maybe I'll get more people to find my review useful. Well let me break it down for you. This character development is the way that a "character" develops his personality through the various situations that he/she encounters. What character development we have at Oliver since he's the guy with no personality. This episode was all about a guy who apparently was genius, and who we know nothing about, organizing thefts to save his wife, and gets electrocuted early in the show because, yeah, let's make time for more family soap opera. I don't even know why are they showing "previously on Arrow" since every episode has almost nothing to do with the previous. Sure, for amateurs showing a different villain every episode without knowing anything about him may be great but for those who want a good show, this is just silly. But yeah sure, keep bringing new characters in the show without proper introduction and get rid of them just as easy.
Apart from this, the show is getting more like a cartoon, with awful plot about Felicity being left out. And when she's asked why she feels that way, no it's not because she's in love with Oliver, no, definitely not, quit stalling Greg, and give us some answers, couldn't be that hard right? I'm watching also "Teen Titans" and although is a cartoon, is more mature than this garbage. I've seen character development and buildup, betrayal, redemption, but no soap opera or left out things. So, sorry but this show is worse than a cartoon. The acting is still horrible, Caity Lolz seems less mature than Felicity, who at the end saves the day, really?
The only reasons I give this episode 2 is because we see some improvement in Stephen Amell's acting, and for the nice ending that gave big potential to this show, hopefully will not be wasted like the other time around. I'm sorry for this garbage but my vote is 2/10.
