During the second season of Deal or No Deal Island, the reality TV series that Joe Manganiello perfectly hosts became a must-see show. One of the main reasons why Dondi is one of Peacock's best shows is because of the second season's dominant alliance, The Family. The alliance included the Survivor Hall of Famer. Parvati Shallow, David Genat, who was confronted by Dr. Will Kirby, and Dickson Wong.
Since The Family enjoyed so much success together, it was fantastic to see David and Dickson reunite for an exclusive TheThings interview. During that discussion, Dickson revealed whether he wanted David or Parvati to win Australian Survivor: Australia V The World while talking in front of David.

It’s been 12 long years since that last Grand Theft Auto game, and a lot has changed. Since GTA V launched in 2013 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, there’ve been two full console generations (hell, four presidencies and 29 MCU movies too), but the gaming landscape itself has shifted. While open-world games like GTA were rarer back then, most blockbuster games today have some form of large-scale exploration, and the rise of live-service titles like Fortnite and Call of Duty: Warzone have made big-event games less of a focus as players are...

It’s not always about realistic graphics and how well the tears of the main character are visible, is it? To truly enjoy a video game, the game should be made with heart and should have a purpose to fulfil.
That purpose was visible in early Battlefield games like Battlefield I, V, and Battlefield Hardline. But with the release of Battlefield 2042, the franchise’s once-famous name became infamous as fans started hating the game for a plethora of reasons. Well, the reviews on Battlefield 2042’s Steam page might just affect the upcoming Battlefield 6!

Roughly one year ago, Helldivers 2 players carried out a special operation on the Meridia planet of the Umlaut Sector to take out the Terminid Supercolony residing there. Subsequently, Meridia was destroyed, but a black hole opened up in its place. At the time, no one expected the black hole to be a big problem, but it started moving directly towards Super Earth. The Meridian Singularity was destroying everything on its path, but Super Earth was able to stop it using the Repulsive Gravity Field Generator.
The Meridian Singularity was stopped, but things took a massive turn as a new Illuminate fleet emerged out of it. Now, the new Illuminate threat is only a handful of planets away from Super Earth, putting everyone and everything in danger.

Jason Statham is one of the most notable action film actors working today. This year, Statham was in A Working Man, where he played a construction worker who takes matters into his own hands when a young girl vanishes. As was the case with many of Statham's movies, the film was a box office success, making $98.1 million on an estimated $40 million budget. He has a busy slate of upcoming movies that includes Mutiny and Fast X: Part 2.
While he has been in his fair share of one-off movies, franchises have been a huge part of Statham's career. His most notable franchises include the Fast & Furious movies and the Expendables series, wherein he plays members of the ensemble-based films. However, Statham began his career working in standalone movies like Guy Ritchie's Snatch. Now, one of Statham's action movies from last year is getting a sequel, and the 2024 release is a streaming success.

Nathan Fillion’s Firefly aired only eleven out of its fourteen episodes when Fox abruptly cancelled the series. The show didn’t have the necessary ratings to justify its budget, but received a cult following after its cancellation. There were calls for its revival, and the actors of the series often got together at Comic Cons to reminisce about their experience.
Firefly was set 500 years into the future, when humans have entered a new star system. The series followed the adventures of a group of misfits aboard the Serenity, a Firefly-class spaceship. This group of nine anti-heroes was led by Fillion’s Malcolm Reynolds.
While a revival rumor is still in the air, the stars of the series have moved on. Nathan Fillion, Morena Baccarin, Gina Torres, and Alan Tudyk have all gone on to build great careers for themselves and are actively part of successful projects. Here’s...

It could be said that Patricia Herd had her very own Star Trek convention. The actress and author, who is now 90 years old, was married to two prolific character actors, both of whom appeared on Star Trek. She’s also worked on various films and television shows with other performers in the franchise.
Born as Patricia Ann Crowder, she was married to Joseph Ruskin from 1968 to 1979 and Richard Herd from 1980 to 2020, when he died. Ruskin guest starred as Galt in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode “The Gamesters of Triskelion,” and later recurred as the Klingon, Tumek, in the Deep Space Nine episodes “The House of Quark” and “Looking for par’Mach in All the Wrong Places.” He also appeared as a Cardassian in DS9’s “Improbable Cause,” a Vulcan in the Voyager hour “Gravity,” and a Suliban doctor in “Broken Bow,” which served as the pilot for Enterprise.

Deadline reports that the upcoming adaptation will be helmed by Scott Rosenbaum, who previously acted as showrunner for the USA Network's hit series Queen of the South, also based on a true story. Serial killer Israel Keyes will be the subject of a new TV series, with Maureen Callahan‘s American Predator: The Hunt for the Most Meticulous Serial Killer of the 21st Century serving as the source material.
Deadline reports that “Queen of the South” showrunner Scott Rosenbaum is adapting the true crime book.
Keyes is known to have murdered at least three people between 2001 and his arrest in 2012 and is suspected of killing at least eight others across the U.S. He was also a bank robber, burglar, arsonist, kidnapper, and sex offender. He died by suicide while awaiting trial at the age of 34.
Keyes’ scrupulous modus operandi included flying to a city, renting a car, and breaking into a stranger’s house. He would then abduct his victims, kill them, and dispose of their bodies before returning home to Alaska to resume his life as a construction worker devoted to his only daughter.

Exclusive: Scott Rosenbaum, showrunner of USA Network’s Queen of the South, is adapting Maureen Callahan’s book American Predator: The Hunt for the Most Meticulous Serial Killer of the 21st Century, as a television series.
The book investigates one of America’s most elusive and terrifying criminals, Israel Keyes.
Keyes was a predator who struck all over the United States. He buried “kill kits”–cash, weapons, and body-disposal tools–in remote locations across the country. Over the course of fourteen years, he would fly to a city, rent a car, and drive thousands of miles in order to use his kits. He would break into a stranger’s house, abduct his victims in broad daylight, and kill and dispose of them in mere hours. And then he would return home to Alaska, resuming life as a quiet, reliable construction worker devoted to his only daughter.

'The Incredible Hulk' creator Kenneth Johnson believes the two Hulk movies flopped because the audiences didn't accept the CGI character in the real world. The 82-year-old screenwriter-and-producer was responsible for bringing the Marvel Comics character to life on the small screen in the iconic TV series which ran from 1977 to 1982 and starred Bill Bixby as Dr. David Bruce Banner and professional bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno as the giant green brute.Johnson, like audiences, was underwhelmed with Universal's two films; Ang Lee's 2003 'Hulk' and Louis Leterrier's 'The Incredible Hulk', released in 2008, and the reason for both movies box office drop-offs and lukewarm reviews was that it was hard to accept the CGI Hulk acting against the human cast.Speaking to Bang Showbiz, he said: "After the first movie came out it opened really big, but the second week it was the historic fall...

The Second Galactic War in Helldivers 2 is getting intense as the Meridian Singularity is slowly inching towards Super Earth, putting everyone in grave danger. What’s worse is that Terminids, Automatons, and Illuminate are not holding back, making it far more difficult for Super Earth to execute its plan. The Galactic Map on the players’ Super Destroyers has revealed that Terminids and Illuminate have reached the same sectors, with Automatons also capturing planets in the sector adjacent to this.
A big war is about to unfold, but currently, players are ordered to liberate Turing as it will slow down the Predator Strain. On the other hand, the second objective of the Major Order requires players to complete an operation against the Illuminate on Medium or higher difficulty 625,000 times. Times are tough, but players must remember that this Super Earth’s last shot at stopping the Meridian Singularity.

In the 1980s, Japanese studios began to increasingly make direct-to-video animated and live-action movies as a means of controlling costs and giving filmmakers more freedom. And as the formerly robust economy of the nation crashed at the end of the decade, Toei Studios inaugurated its V-Cinema industry. Shot quickly on video, V-Cinema productions became not merely an additional revenue stream but a lifeline to keep the studio afloat. Now, Arrow Video’s V-Cinema Essentials: Bullets & Betrayal is the first disc collection in the West to pay tribute to this brief but crucial period in Japanese cinema that helped to incubate the country’s J-horror and gangster cinema of the late-’90s and beyond.
Toei’s first V-Cinema release was Okawa Toshimichi’s Crime Hunter: Bullets of Rage. Barely an hour long, the 1989 film might be best described as a bootleg tape of a Heroic Bloodshed movie with all the “boring stuff” removed,...

The Accountant Rental Hit(Photo Credit –Facebook)
Back in 2017, The Accountant wasn’t just another action-thriller; it became the most-rented title of the year, and for good reason. Ben Affleck took on the role of Christian Wolff, a math genius with a dark side, balancing high-level calculations with deadly combat skills. As Wolff navigated the world of high-stakes crime and tax fraud, Affleck’s portrayal turned heads for its raw intensity and unexpected depth.
The film was a wild ride, mixing precision with chaos, kind of like Affleck’s career choices (who else could star in Argo and Batman v Superman?). While the story kept audiences on edge, the real magic came from Affleck’s performance. The Accountant wasn’t just a hit at the box office; it made its mark in the rental world, proving that a man of numbers could still steal the spotlight, and our rental receipts!

It’s always interesting to see which films are able to keep up their film festival momentum after buzzy premieres at early-in-the-year fests like Sundance and SXSW. Two to keep an eye on? Cole Webley’s Sundance premiere “Omaha” and Xander Robin’s SXSW crowdpleaser “The Python Hunt,” both of which just notched new wins over the weekend at the 2025 Miami Film Festival.
“The Python Hunt” picked up the Made in Mia Feature Film Award, sponsored by Panavision, which is designed to honor films “of any genre that prominently feature South Florida in their story, setting, and filming location, and best utilize South Florida’s story and theme for universal resonance.” Robin’s film, a documentary about snake-hunters in the Everglades, sure sounds like it fits the bill.

The Eternal Razorwing Pickaxe is a rare tool in Fortnite that is quite easy to acquire. However, keep in mind that it is available for only a limited period. Although there is a chance that it may reappear in the store later, we would suggest to act fast if you really want this item.
Players have recently gotten the opportunity to get their hands on a lot of free items, which was not the case before. Fortnite has only recently started becoming this generous (maybe due to the stiff competition from Marvel Rivals?).
But of course, they won’t just let make things that convenient for you, hence they have made the Eternal Razorwing Pickaxe a time-gated item. So what are you waiting for! Sit tight as here we explain how to claim this beauty!

What Did Sylvester Stallone Say About Making Rocky Balboa? (Photo Credit – Prime Video)
Sylvester Stallone didn’t just punch his way through movie history; he fought for it. And when it came to making Rocky Balboa in 2006, that fight was no walk in the park. The movie marked the return of the iconic Philly boxer and was the toughest challenge Stallone ever faced. Forget the boxing ring. This was a battle against Hollywood itself.
Here’s the deal: the Rocky franchise had taken a serious hit after Rocky V flopped. The idea of an aging Stallone stepping back into the ring at almost 60? Yeah, people laughed. No one wanted it. No one believed in it. And yet, Stallone refused to back down.

Actress Zoe Kravitz is best known for playing the role of Selina Kyle / Catwoman in Matt Reeves’ The Batman. The film emerged as a critical and commercial success, giving Kravitz a boost in popularity.
Yet three years later, Kravitz has only made sporadic film appearances and her directorial debut also flew pretty much under the radar. One of the key reasons behind the actress’ seemingly sudden downfall is linked to her controversial comments.

In the past, Kravitz made some comments about Will Smith’s son, Jaden Smith, after the two worked together on a movie. However, given the stark age difference between them and the latter being only fourteen at the time, these comments proved controversial and came back to haunt Kravitz.

Every main character in a Yu-Gi-Oh!anime inevitably winds up the favorite of many. Unfortunately, this often leads to disappointment. Rather notoriously, major Yu-Gi-Oh! characters are frequently victims of gross mistreatment, especially during the Studio Gallop era. No Yu-Gi-Oh! anime is perfect, and poor writing decisions often lean to characters being mishandled.
Main cast members will sometimes barely win duels. In other cases, they'll receive next to no character development, and either be given weak resolutions to their stories, or not be given any closure at all. Some characters barely even feel like core cast members, with the main girl in each series almost always being shoved to the sidelines. While unfortunate, this is the state of most series in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.

While William Shatner’s career is synonymous with his feats in Star Trek, prior to his flight in the sci-fi juggernaut, he made a name for himself by excelling in theatre, especially at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. But before headlining major plays at Stratford, he worked as an understudy to Christopher Plummer for years, a man he admired immensely.
The Sound of Music | Credit: 20th Century Fox
Even though Plummer was just three years his senior, Shatner described the former as far more advanced in the realm of acting, given Plummer’s roots in the theatrical scene of Montreal. But it was his mentor’s unavailability during one play that contributed to Shatner’s breakout moment in the field.

EA’s grand vision for Battlefield V was clear, deliver a gripping World War II experience while pushing for a more inclusive and diverse gaming landscape. Instead, it found itself on the battlefield of public opinion, fighting for relevance in a crowded holiday season.
Analysts were quick to raise the alarm, with Cowen warning that the game was lagging behind Call of Duty, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Assassin’s Creed. And just like that, what was meant to be EA’s holiday blockbuster turned into a lesson in market miscalculation.

When looking back at 1983 television, there are two things noticeably absent: science fiction and anything that required actual thought. No offense to the likes of Dallas, Dynasty, or The A-Team, but "clever social commentary" was barely, if ever, on their agenda, and the closest to sci-fi was K.I.T.T. on Knight Rider. Then came V, the sci-fi miniseries based on Sinclair Lewis' "It Can't Happen Here," except with aliens. V was intelligent, bold, exciting, and horrifying (especially if you're not keen on seeing a live guinea pig being eaten), and proved popular enough to warrant a sequel miniseries, a proper TV series, and a reboot. It also happened to have in its cast the man who would become known as Freddy Krueger the following year.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc V was the first entry in the franchise to introduce the Four Dimensions, the shonen anime's take on alternate or multi-dimensions. The Four Dimensions are four different dimensions that use a different Extra Deck Special Summoning method, meaning in one universe, they use Fusion to summon monsters; in another, they use Synchro; and in another, they use Xyz. These different focuses on summoning methods call back to the four previous entries in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.
The Four Dimensions are the setting for the initial conflict in the series, as protagonist Yuya Sakaki and deuteragonist Zuzu Boyle's counterparts start the series' main story. Each Dimension has a Yuya and a Zuzu, with the titles of Dragon Boy and Bracelet Girl to reference their original incarnations as Zarc and Ray Akaba. The four dimensions are broken down into: the Fusion Dimension, the Synchro Dimension, the Xyz Dimension, and the Standard Dimension.

Part of what makes Sailor Moon so iconic and enduring in the hearts of fans is its epic romance arc. Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion have a kind of Romeo and Juliet story, meeting a tragic end at the downfall of the Moon Kingdom. However, they are given a second chance when they're reborn on Earth as Usagi and Mamoru, destined to always find each other.
Though this is Sailor Moon's central romance, the franchise wouldn't be what it is without its well-developed side characters. These characters often have romances of their own, to greater and lesser degrees. Even the pairings that don't have as many scenes together form relationships that are still beautifully crafted and compelling, captivating audiences across Sailor Moon's many adaptations.

Audio is a medium where these limits are simply not an issue. Over the past several years, we have seen a growing resurgence of audio dramas, after the radio drama format had all but died out in the mid-20th Century, after the advent of television. Although fans have made amateur Star Trek audio dramas earlier, the upcoming Star Trek: Khan is the first official audio addition to the series.
